Challenge

Context

Compliance records need timely action before an employee's documented eligibility or vetting status expires.

Problem

The process needed a dependable way to surface approaching expiry dates at meaningful intervals without relying on manual monitoring.

What I owned

My role

I designed, configured, tested and deployed the solution across all three SuccessFactors environments, owning the rules, triggers, workflows and alert content.

Collaboration

Reviewed the alert structure, wording and operational expectations with stakeholders and HRIS leadership before release.

How I delivered it

Investigation

Mapped the required record fields, lifecycle conditions, supported populations and notification thresholds before building the configuration.

Execution

Implemented 90-, 60- and 30-day alerts, controlled historic-record behaviour and promoted the configuration through Development, Build and Production.

Validation

Tested rule eligibility, workflow delivery, message content, recipients and scheduled processing before completing the live deployment.

Evidence and outcome

Outcome

A live, repeatable compliance-notification process that gives People Teams earlier visibility of approaching expiry dates.
